Before buying anything from Ted logs shop, you must agree with this Terms of Service

All of our products comes with 1 hour replacement warranty. Replacing only when log is invalid or 2FA, or raped. After you receive your order we recommend use it as soon as possible. Be sure to have a solid proof of your account /product not working before opening a ticket.

Whatever the case we don't offer refund, we only provide alternative service like replacement or you will be given Store Credit!. You are paying for virtual goods/service, and by the Terms of outtea.cc you acknowledge that you can't get a refund.

For quality assurance purposes we deliver all our products manually means when we receive your order after that we start creating the account for you. We do not sell old or rapped accounts, we always try to provide fresh accounts to our customers.

Leaving bad feedback without contacting us for support, will result in being blacklisted from our shop and your warranty will automatically expire! . Please don't buy again from our shop if you don't have a habit of reading product info.
